On my Samsung S10+ Android 12, when I activate dark mode in landscape, a stripe on the side remains white. The navigation bar isn't hiding either. In Acrobat I can use the full screen.

There is a better dark mode scheme in Midnight Lizard (an extension of Chrome/Edge), which can set the brightness of images in the dark mode to just make them dimmer.

@martynas_b would have to comment on what's possible here. For now, I assume you're aware, but you can temporarily turn off dark mode for just the content pane with View → Use Dark Mode for Content.

We've fixed the style editor in dark mode in beta 60.

I can still see the search results if I disable the Dark Mode for Content. So the search results are still here, and I can still go through from the search box.

Under dark mode, using the Find in document outputs of search through a pdf are not highlighted (or if they are, they don't seem so).

I am really liking this update. My eyes are already thanking the dev team for dark mode and for including alternating colors for items in the list pane.

Now with dark mode adding 3rd mode - sepia/gray color would be great (and idea how PDF expert is doing it on MacOS) - as part of the app or as a plugin

It appears "Display" > "Dark mode for content" is a global setting : a per pdf setting could be useful.

2) In the style editor, when dark mode is active, the citation preview is still using the light settings, i.e., the text will be black on gray.

Notes are occasionally not themed in dark mode that their text is still black text on white background.
