    When LO starts rejecting the plugin could you try manual plugin installation via LibreOffice extension manager (or just double-click the extension .oxt file) and paste the error you get here?

    I believe this is something that cannot be changed in LibreOffice due to technical reasons, but I have not done a thorough investigation since we get rare requests regarding it

    The conversion problem I am having is on Windows 10 (64-bit), using Office 365 version of Word. I normally edit my documents using LibreOffice in Linux (hence, why I am trying to convert the file).

    Could you try reinstalling Zotero? This would rarely help, but it is also a bug we haven't seen before. For the record the plugin is at least partially activated in Zotero, but it is not opening a TCP
