If I run Zotero by command: "/opt/zotero/zotero", LibreOffice can not see Zotero.

Do you see Word and LibreOffice sections if you go to the Cite → Word Processors pane of the Zotero preferences?

Also, once its installed it should all work the same no? I will be able to work with zotero on libreoffice and google drive etc and save papers and news with the firefox and chrome extension?

Zotero will add these automatically as you add references to your document in Word/LibreOffice. If they aren’t appearing, what style are you using?

That has nothing to do with the LibreOffice extension, but it does mean that Zotero's network connection is broken due to something on your system intercepting secure connections. See SSL Certificate
