Report ID: 43369023 - My Library Has Stopped Syncing Data & Files

Report ID: 43369023

- I was syncing data to my Zotero account, and files via WebDav. This worked successfully for quite some time

- At some point, (perhaps March 15) neither files nor data sync; the (!) mark appears near the syncing icon

- When I verify server in the Sync settings, everything appears to be okay

Below are the details:

[JavaScript Error: "Request timed out after 60000 ms"]

version => 5.0.85, platform => Linux x86_64, oscpu => Linux x86_64, locale => en-US, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 5.0.85, extensions => zotxt (5.0.3, extension), Zotero Scholar Citations (2.0.4, extension), Zotero Date From Last Modified (0.0.12, extension), ZotFile (5.0.16, extension), Zutilo Utility for Zotero (3.4.0, extension), Zotero LibreOffice Integration (5.0.22.SA.5.0.85, extension), Better BibTex for Zotero (5.2.21, extension), Shockwave Flash (0.0.0.0, plugin)
  • Can we see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails?
  • Debug ID is: D1426839532

    Thank you for your help!

Paste VWXNUN4W into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode in the library root. There appears to be raw PDF data embedded in that note for some reason.

Delete it and empty the trash, and if you recall, let us know how that ended up there. I don't believe "Import errors found" is a message from any Zotero import method.

This worked, both data and files are syncing now--thank you so much!

I'm not sure how that happened, precisely, but I do know that I was experimenting with BibTeX and OrgRef, and I wonder if something I did led to this error.

I'm immensely grateful for your help in getting the sync going again.
