I used to keep all my Zotero PDF attachments in Google Drive using Zotfile but switched a couple of months ago to the Zotero storage to sync with their cloud service (unlimited, which I pay for).

I would recommend switching to the beta version of Zotero and using the new built in PDF annotation and note taking tools instead of Zotfile

I'm having a problem with Zotero's built-in PDF viewer. I've installed the beta version so I can use this brand-new feature. On top of that, I've installed the plug-in ZotFile, I've heard that helps.

In the ZotFile preferences window on macOS, the currently selected tab is rendered as a white box such that the text is not visible. If the window is not in focus, the text becomes visible.

1) I'm pretty sure Zotfile is still working fine in the stable version of Zoter, so I'd troubleshoot that if you want to keep using it

@clousley: No, that's a misunderstanding — nothing has changed in the release versions of Zotero or ZotFile in months. While we don't support ZotFile, if you start a new thread and provide more detail
