i just added zotfile 5.0.16 to zotero 5.0.96.2 on mac os catalina 10.5.7 but the extract annotations fxn is not working. i just get a red x dialog box. the debug error number is D1924734412.

I'm having a problem with Zotero's built-in PDF viewer. I've installed the beta version so I can use this brand-new feature. On top of that, I've installed the plug-in ZotFile, I've heard that helps.
