Issues with Google Drive and PDF linked file directory
Hello All,
Google Drive just updated and now allows for multiple google drive accounts to be loaded simultaneously on your desktop. Zotero apparently doesn't like this and I am now having trouble changing the file directory where the PDFs are stored when I import them.
I am using Google Drive as my cloud platform so when I download a PDF, I can open it on my Ipad, annotate the PDF, save it back onto itself, and then re-open the PDF in Zotero where I can extract the annotations and then export it as markdown.
I now cannot seem to change my linked attachment base directory, as Zotero keeps defaulting to the wrong Google Drive network drive account.
I have tried quitting drive altogether, as well as changing my files directory just to my documents folder. Zotero keeps defaulting to the wrong Google Drive account and won't save to my local documents folder.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Cheers
Eric

dstillmanWhat do you mean "defaulting to the wrong […] account"? Are you saying that the setting keep reverting, or something else? The Linked Attachment Base Directory setting doesn't determine where things are saved. That'd be your ZotFile settings. Note that there's a new Zotero iOS app in beta with built-in file syncing.
