Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading Google Docs?

I tried all the suggestions and nothing changes. Even on another account the connector won't save any documents or pages and the zotero emnu on google docs won't appear

If you restart Zotero and your browser and reload Google Docs, and then try to use the plugin, it should prompt you again. Are you saying that doesn't happen?

I restarted the browser, and tried to get the debug ID from the preferences tab in google docs, but it does the same thing as when I try to get add a citation, and just opens the Zotero window applica

I think I missed checking a box when I was originally prompted, and now I can't add any citations to google docs from either Chrome or Safari. Is there anyway I can grant it permission now? I've tried
