Subject: Zotero Citation Error in Google Docs –
Hello Zotero Support,
I’m experiencing an issue using Zotero in an existing Google Docs file. The Zotero toolbar appears, but when I try to insert a citation, I get an error.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Zotero and Zotero Connector are up to date.
Restarted both Zotero and my browser.
Disabled all other browser extensions.
Made a copy of the document and tried “Set Document Preferences.”
Removed the bibliography and tried different citation styles.
Narrowed down the problematic citation by deleting half the content repeatedly.
Despite this, the error persists when the problematic citation is present.
Debug ID: D845166170
Here is a screenshot of the problem.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can try or if you need further information.
Thank you,
Shuhanur Rahman Pravat

adomasvenCould you make a copy of this document with only a small snippet which contains the problematic citation and share that with support@zotero.org?
