Okay, the file should look similar to this one but probably much larger in order to correctly import. Can you have a look at your ctv6 file for a small (!) export example with any text editor? Is it somehow readable (and similar to the one linked) …

Actually, it sounds for me that you choose the wrong option on the first importing dialog. Choose there import from a file = "Einer Datei (BibTeX, RIS, Zotero RDF, etc.)" and then you can select the Citavi archive file.

Thanks. There are already people looking into this.

Yes, it is ISTIC (=Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China), see also http://api.crossref.org/works/10.11999/JEIT160915/agency . Besides content negotation any other API could help as well, e.g. for Airiti we use a different appro…

Okay, I see the problem. They updated the structure of the Japenese websites slightly (the English ones should still work). This should be easy to fix in the translator. Stay tuned...

FYI The url above works for me as well with the new translator. Is there a way to manually apply the new site translator to Zotero Connector somehow to see if it solves the problem? Yes, you can go to your Zotero data directory and then to the "tran…

The DOI is not in the export to RefWorks data format, which is the main thing Zotero analyzes here. However, I guess we can add it from the website directly. I will look into this...

In principal, I have nothing against adding it as a fall back. But I am just not convince that it is a "common mistake". Do we have any (other) example where this is used?

Any reason that you don't change your property attribute into a name attribute? This is what a lot of (all?) others are already doing and it is also suggested by Google Scholar for inclusion, cf. https://scholar.google.com/intl/en/scholar/inclusion.…

For the data by library catalogues you can also copy the ISBN, e.g. 9780470872116, into the text field of the magic wand in Zotero and press enter.

Thank you for the link. I just tried the same book in the German Google Books (where I am logged in) https://books.google.de/books?id=xylqIkDQ-gEC&printsec=frontcover&dq=Contemporary+Clinical+Psychology&hl=de&sa=X&…

This is fixed now in Zotero.

This should be fixed now thanks to @adamsmith.

Yes, you are right. The Zotero translator needs a small update. I am working on this now...

This works fine for me and also the PDF saves in Zotero with a single click. Can you right click on the Zotero icon in your browser, then choose preferences, Advanced, Debug Output Logging, activate Enable Logging? Then try again and afterwards sub…

I handled the comment by Dan in another commit. The PR is merged now.

Instead of making several sections within one note, you can also create several notes and attach them all to the same entry. Each note can then have different tags attach to it.

You can do a right click on a link to save the file for example. A RIS file can be opened with a simple text editor such that you then can copy the part with the patent number here. But alternatively there other options to share a file, e.g. https:/…

Can you share a minimal RIS example from Scifinder including a patent number?

I created a fix for this in general, see https://github.com/zotero/translators/pull/2074 .
-
Okay, but I think the main problem here is only the order. In RIS data the first tag has to by TY and the last one ER. Actually, when trying to import a RIS file from the British Library then this will create two entries in Zotero. The British Libr…
