• I suddenly had the same problem, no translators at all in both FF and ZSA, but resetting translators and re-starting FF after that worked. I think this happened after updating to version 4.0.21.2 (I'm on Linux Xubuntu with FF 30.0).

• Not working here either (ZST + FF on Xubuntu). ZSA gets stuck quering the LO extension. As a FF extension, Zotero is instead working fine. Shall I downgrade to LO 3.6 or do you think it is going to be sorted soon? Thanks for the great work btw.

• just to make sure you got the error ID which I found later on: ...the error ID is: 352219742. It refers to 'no translator in use in Chromium', which was up and running and it has a working connector.
