I suddenly had the same problem, no translators at all in both FF and ZSA, but resetting translators and re-starting FF after that worked. I think this happened after updating to version 4.0.21.2 (I'm on Linux Xubuntu with FF 30.0).

Not working here either (ZST + FF on Xubuntu). ZSA gets stuck quering the LO extension. As a FF extension, Zotero is instead working fine. Shall I downgrade to LO 3.6 or do you think it is going to be sorted soon? Thanks for the great work btw.

just to make sure you got the error ID which I found later on: ...the error ID is: 352219742. It refers to 'no translator in use in Chromium', which was up and running and it has a working connector.
