Just for posterity: this has been taken care of in https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/1490

If you only ever expect to use the style in Danish or English, we'd be happy to accept a *dependent* style that is set to English.

(and for clarity probably shouldn't be an HTTP URI at all, though a migration wouldn't be an easy feat at this point) I would like to change IDs to just their file name, eventually. E.g. "apa" instead of "http://www.zotero.org/styles/apa". The trick…

Yeah, e.g. http://www.jstor.org/discover/10.1525/jams.2013.66.1.129?uid=3739800&uid=2&uid=4&uid=3739256&sid=21106113698843 saves for me in Firefox, but not in Safari.

Anything I can do to help? I have a Mac on hand.

@adamsmith, hey, no need to list Dutch as a second-choice language :P. @marcn31, are the names for the problematic books stored in the "two field" format in your Zotero library? And as @adamsmith already pointed out, providing some examples would h…

Zotero recently gained the feature to collapse the right-hand pane. You should be able to re-open the pane by clicking the "grippy" at the very right of the Zotero window. See https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Tech/XUL/Tutorial/Splitt…

automatic abbreviation would only work in the word processor via add-on Is that intentional?

You mean Office 2016 for Mac Preview? (http://www.macrumors.com/2015/03/05/office-mac-2016-preview/)
-
Your original example is not invalid CSL, though. I suspect citeproc-js and pandoc-citeproc just have a slightly different understanding of the text: "Secondly, [a localizing] cs:date may have one or more cs:date-part child elements (see Date-part)…

I have taken the liberty of contacting the MIT Tabulator team. @timtak, since you already contacted them, you might want to send them a follow-up email with a link to this thread, so they at least understand what you're asking (and can then ignore y…

(Comodo was also involved in the recent Superfish uproar: http://arstechnica.com/security/2015/02/security-software-found-using-superfish-style-code-as-attacks-get-simpler/ )

A standalone "de" is an extremely common particle in Dutch (it means "the"), where it's always non-dropping. E.g. "Hugo de Vries" (Hugo the Frisian).
-
Maybe people just use the scroll-bar for the center panel a lot more, and/or resize the right-hand splitter a lot more, and hence are more likely to mis-click on the grippy?
-
we could consider collecting that on the CSL side together with citation styles for journals. We're already collecting a pretty thorough set of journal metadata. Rintze, thoughts on that? In all the journal catalogs we've obtained from publishers, I…

See https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md for submitting CSL styles.

Actually, I got the LibreOffice extension to work by installing jre-8u31-macosx-x64.dmg from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html, and reinstalling LibreOffice (as suggested at http://ask.libreoffice.or…

Known issue, see https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/46846/

Is this with Zotero?
-
@TorFeu, by the way, I developed the Acta style for somebody else, and I don't know any Swedish, so don't rely on it to guide your judgment.

extremely updated Typo: "extremely outdated"

You could try to reach out to ulfharn (at) gmail.com, who contributed some translations to https://github.com/citation-style-language/locales/commits/master/locales-sv-SE.xml. Otherwise, I have no objections to these changes. You can submit them by …

I am actually using the style with jabref. JabRef supports CSL?

FWIW, I can't reproduce the sizing issue on Windows 7, but my screen resolution is quite a bit higher (1920x1080).
-
No, it's not Ubuntu-specific. See https://github.com/zotero/zotero/issues/633 for background. In short, the validator.nu website doesn't accept the "text/x-csl" MIME type. I'm just a bit confused how you ended up with this MIME type for .csl styles…

Can it be that developers are not having the right priority list? There are many features requested that the developers would like to see as well, but for which the small team simply doesn't have the time to implement them. Everybody has a differen…

@scove, are you still around? We just discovered the reason for your "IO Error: Non-XML Content-Type: text/x-csl" validation error, and I was wondering which OS you were using at the time. Was it Ubuntu?
-
You mean this pull request? https://github.com/zotero/zotero/pull/175
-
Presumably you can copy/paste the minus sign into the edit box until this is fixed, although that's a bit clumsy.
