While you cannot easily see, you can easily copy any item set to the style you've selected (in Edit > Preferences > Export). You can copy multiple items at once. I generally just drag-drop items in Word or Outlook.

This is among the most common "how to" questions. Is there a future GUI update planned that will make the feature more evident/accessible? Maybe have a floating box that displays all the collection names if that feature is activated?

Not the perfect solution, but if you save the report (as .htm or .html) and then reopen it in a browser, search (ctrl+F) is available and works.
