  • Thank you for your help. Yes, sometimes it shows dialogue box is open, what does it mean? What should I do exactly to fix that? Sure I will take a screenshot this time and will share.

  • When I go to Word to add a new citation it shows " Zotero could not communicate ...." as soon as I get back to the Zotero app and open Debug output the problem in Word resolves but the new citation does not follow the order.
