When I go to Word to add a new citation it shows " Zotero could not communicate ...." as soon as I get back to the Zotero app and open Debug output the problem in Word resolves but the new citation does not follow the order.
Do you mean "Word could not communicate with Zotero"?
What you're describing doesn't really make sense. That error is a dialog box — it's not something that would go away on its own. And no fix here would have anything to do with debug output — forget about that and just focus on using Zotero normally.
Can you take some screenshots or make a screen recording that show what you're seeing and either share them here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? (We'll respond here either way.)
And, again, does it work in a new, empty document?
Thank you for your help. Yes, sometimes it shows dialogue box is open, what does it mean? What should I do exactly to fix that? Sure I will take a screenshot this time and will share.
Debug output is for providing us with a log. It doesn't have anything to do with fixing a problem on its own.
Are you able to add a citation in a new, empty document?

Have you tried restarting your computer?
Sure I will take a screenshot this time and will share.
