关于插件的问题，一般需要反馈给插件开发者 BTW，缓存翻译的选项添加的初衷是使用LLM-based翻译服务时，如果没有缓存，那么选择同样的内容时，会重复消耗tokens。一般来说，划取的内容只有完全相同时，才会出现上次的翻译内容。
