Yeah, but I can reproduce that in Troubleshooting Mode. The screenshot just displays the normal cursor indicator position in the annotations sidebar, without influence from plugins. So I didn't take the screenshot with Troubleshooting Mode again.

For BN plugin (>2.2.9), you can uncheck the checkbox Use magic key "/" to show command palette to disable the magic key and use the alternative shortcut (ctrl+/ for win OS) to trigger the Search Commands Window.
