• I had never actually tried to use Zotero in Chrome - but noticed when I was generating the error report that there was comment concerning Chrome which is why I decided to uninstall it.

• I am using Zotero version 3.0.2. Firefox version 10.0.1 - when I think about it, it was when firefox updated yesterday that the previous re-install ceased working. I have just generated an error report - Report I.D. 588035326
