I have shared a document snippet where this happens to the email address that you provided
-
The citations are inside a table in Google Docs. I have a table made entirely of citations.
-
I use Google Docs
-
I don't have much time to try and reproduce it. I have enabled debug logging, rewrote the citations and it is still doing it. Debug ID: D2143412643
-
Is the debug log better if I enable "Debug Output Logging"? I don't know how to reproduce it and don't have much time for trying
-
Report ID should be 773546185 I temporarily fixed it by removing the citation and writing it again
-
Same result with both Google Chrome and Firefox. Clicking on "Edit with Zotero" does nothing. I have tried the File -> Create copy suggestion in the troubleshooting. In the copy of the document, "Edit with Zotero" on that citation return "sel…

After closing Chrome and Zotero and re-opening them, now clicking on "Edit With Zotero" does nothing
-
But it's your server that is returning the 412 null error ....
-
After trying and trying again it works. Why is the server returning a 412 response?
-
I switched back to Google Chrome. I find that the Firefox Zotero connector is buggied than the Google Chrome's ones. I will try to reproduce when I will have more time at hands
-
Ok it was a connection problem
-
I guess that if I don't renew my files will stay locally on my PC. Is there a way to backup all the library including attached PDF files?
-
I tried with one file and the changes I made on the tablet are reflected in the PC. Thank you very much
-
Thanks! :)
-
Yeah I sorted it out. It's the Alt key on LInux
-
Thank you very much that was exactly what I was looking for. I should RTFM :) But why the highlight disappears if I move the mouse?
-
Is there a way to sort articles in tha trahs bin by the time they were trashed?
-
No I hadn't disabled automatic citation update. I did but it is still quite slow. The improvement is marginal.
-
@dstillman You can express your opinion on what would be the correct way to integrate it. For instance if you are going to remove the "classic citation dialog", I can link them to this topic to spur them to implement proper in-text citation editing?
-
@adomasven The "classic citation dialog" is the one of the screenshot in my second post? @dstillman Can you check the screenshot in my second post? It shows Zotero software, not Softmaker
-
My document is 37 pages including Zotero references
-
The "Canc" button is basically the "Delete" button here: http://kbdlayout.info/KBDIT/5.0.2180.1 Nor the Backspace nor the Delete key remove the item here. Those buttons does nothing. It may be related to the fact I'm using Wayland?
-
They sent me the following screenshot: https://ibb.co/5hQkPss

I restored the backup. Thank you for backing up my database before upgrading it to the beta version :)
-
I confirm that the Firefox connector takes a lot of time to display the "Edit with Zotero" popup. Related to my system or my setup is not a solution. We need debug, we need logs, I think Best,
-
Please also ignore "&" and "," and other special characters in the search query
-
Hello, Firefox sometimes get "stuck". When the cursor is over a citation, it DOES NOT display the "edit citation" pop up. Then after some time it recovers and siaply the pop up. It just freezes for some time and then start to work again. I don't …

That's also a good answer for https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/89663/add-a-pdf-directly#latest
