Thanks, I can reproduce this on my end. I'll work on a fix. To get around the issue for now, just reload the search results page and the folder icon should appear.

I should add, though, that you can get around this particular problem by adding the paper from JSTOR's own site (which gives us its metadata directly). You won't automatically get a PDF if you don't have access to it.
-
@damiana_leyva: That article's DOI isn't resolvable, so there's nothing Zotero can do here. It looks like it didn't have a DOI to begin with and JSTOR assigned it one but neglected to properly register it. We're working on returning a more informati…

This is in the works.

It doesn't look like Ovid gives us journal abbreviations in the metadata format that we use, but Zotero doesn't normally need them - ISO journal abbreviations are generated automatically when the style you're using prefers them. Are you getting inco…

I don't have the APA Publication Manual on hand, but this would seem to be the correct behavior. If Roquefort is the institutional author of the webpage, it should be added as an author explicitly.

Just pushed a fix for this issue. Your Zotero translators should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences. Please let me know if everything is wor…

I'm so sorry that this issue has stuck around for so long! Just pushed a fix. The problem was overzealous cleaning: we were stripping everything before "Journal" in journal titles that contain that word, so it wasn't specifically targeting country n…

OK, French ProQuest should be working now. Same procedure as above.

@jjrondeau: The WorldCat French interface issue should now be fixed. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences. Please…

Instructions here.

Oh no, no, you don't want to use sudo anything here. The $ is the prompt. Don't paste that part. Leave the rest as is.

Huh. What item type would you expect a calendar event to be imported as? And do you have a particular file format in mind that you'd like to be able to import? ICS? It's an interesting idea, but I have a feeling that individual users' use cases for…

Issue created. Thanks for reporting this!

Hmm, I can reproduce that with the feed you linked, but it isn't the expected behavior. I'll look into it.

In response to your first question, the nice thing about RIS is that multiple RIS files can be merged simply by concatenating them together. If you're familiar with the Terminal, you can do the following: $ cd $ for f in **/*.ris; do (cat "${f}";…

This is unfortunately an issue with the hyphen in the subdomain - your institution's proxy converts chemistry-europe.onlinelibrary.wiley.com to chemistry-europe-onlinelibrary-wiley-com.inc.bib.cnrs.fr, which Zotero incorrectly assumes should be de-p…

I just pushed out a potential fix for this issue. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences. Please give it a try and …

Try the directions under #13 on this page - the PubMed translator is working fine, so resetting your local copy will likely do the trick.

Yeah, I guess the best approach here is to remove the citation key from Extra (while keeping "ADS Bibcode") and leave it up to BBT. Thanks @jspilker for pointing out that using bibcodes as citekeys is less common than I thought.

E: Failed to fetch https://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/buster/InRelease This error is unrelated to Zotero. apt is telling you that it wasn't able to fetch packages from the main Debian package repository. That could be an internet connection probl…

Wait, the issue that I'm getting on my end seems just to be because the PDF is paywalled, which is to be expected. The translation error is odd. Can you please submit a Debug ID so I can take a look? Relevant steps are under "Zotero Connectors (Fire…

I can reproduce this issue. Looking into it now. Thanks for letting us know!

On it. Thanks for reporting this.

Sure, can you give me a couple examples?

Fixed now. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update soon, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.

Working on this, thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!

@lheath89: Both translators should now be fixed. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update soon, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.

I can't reproduce this issue on my end with an institutional proxy that has an identical structure, and that error is mysterious - there is no feeds variable in the entire Connector codebase! Are you sure that you're inspecting the right extension? …

The Science.org error in [3] is on the site's end - try exporting a citation file (any format) using the site's interface and you should see that it fails there, too. There isn't much we can do in this situation; we need citation metadata from the s…
