File -> Print (Ctrl/Cmd-P), and make sure "Include annotations" is checked.

Somewhere upward? For me, it moves to the next note/attachment on the item, and if there are none left, it moves to the parent item. That seems like reasonable behavior.

EPUB locations should be more granular than that. Are you seeing similar behavior on every book? It would help if you could email an EPUB with this issue to support@zotero.org and include a link to this thread.

You’ll need to be more specific about what type of document you’re opening and what you’re doing. What do you mean by “click on a blank spot”? You have to select text to highlight it - clicking on a blank spot wouldn’t do anything.

Have you given View -> Density -> Compact a try? That might do what you want without needing to adjust the font size. The way we’re currently applying the font size setting to editable fields doesn’t look right, though. We’ll look into it.
