Does it work if you restart your browser, or just disable and re-enable the Zotero Connector extension and then reload the page?

But maybe alt+pageUp/Down could also be considered? Page Up / Down already do this without modifiers. Are you saying that those are intercepted by NVDA unless the Alt key is held down as well?

If the EPUB contains an ISBN or DOI, we're able to get detailed metadata. It would be helpful if you could email a couple EPUBs that you aren't getting good metadata for to support@zotero.org. Include a link to this thread.
