Oh, it looks like suggestions may be hidden by the tags popup in some cases when you're viewing a document in a separate window. We'll fix that.

When you click "Add tags..." on an annotation and start typing, you should get suggestions. If you don't, disable all plugins and try again. can honor be given overview of all tags used in zotero? Can you explain what you mean by that?

Can you try again in troubleshooting mode (Help -> Restart in Troubleshooting Mode...), which disables all plugins? If this still happens with plugins disabled, we'd need a Debug ID.

And series titles aren't normally that long. It looks like you're putting the publisher's name in the Series field. Possibly more appropriate for the Publisher field? Then you'd have less ambiguity in Series.
