BaiLII has to be page-scraped, because they provide no structured metadata, and it's fragile - when they shift things around in their pages, things break, and we start over. I put in a request for structured data years ago, and got an earful ("The …

I think it's a mis-read to see the reference manager space, or the collaborative editing space, as a contest for final dominance; and if things were to evolve in that direction, we would all be in trouble. The threshold requirement is data portabili…

Yes -- sorry for not posting back. I don't know what I did in that "testing," but another user hit the same bug, and when I tested again, there it was. Thanks for your patience.

I don't have access to SBLHS, so I'll need a little guidance on the requirements to get this right. There are actually two things to confirm. The first is the metadata for this particular item. The translated volume "Christ the Educator" is item 23 …

Thanks, will fix that.
-
The style was originally coded to include that information in subsequent cites, and it does seem necessary. Are you very sure it should be removed?
-
@dstark The style should now be fixed in the repository.
-
The updated style should be available now.

Also, what "uppercasing" means in the context of the Propachi plugin is to captalize the first word of the subtitle (only). It doesn't force title-casing on non-Englizh languages.
-
I've filed a change to the style, for review by the CSL team.
-
Ah, okay. You're not using APA then. There is a difference in the coding of the two that explains why it is failing. It's a small change, I'll look at it.
-
It works fine here. Can you paste a copy of the citations as they appear without the year?
-
It works fine here on a restart (in very nearly the same environment, 64-bit Ubuntu). Probably your best bet will be to wait, and to suffer with disable/reenable of the plugin in the meantime. A Zotero release that includes processor version 1.1.86 …

Okay. I'm not fluent in LibreOffice 6, so I'll have to leave you in the hands of others on the forum.

The MODS translator for Juris-M is meant to handle multilingual variants. There are projects that rely on it, so if you try it and find issues, please let me know. CiNII ships RDF for their items (you can examine it by appending '/rdf' to an item U…

It sounds like work to which Delphi could be applied, although you would have a job preparing exported Zotero data for digestion by the visualizer.

@ejzejz Sorry for not getting back! The citation-extract tool has been disabled in the latest Juris-M v5.0.35 versions (currently m4). I would like to restore it, but the tagging feature will (again) be omitted. When it is restored, to collect refe…

@duncdrum Is this the sync issue you were chasing?
-
(A note for those who hit this thread that Juris-M v5.0.35 covers this issue.)
-
@jbrosseau Sorry for the long delay in responding. Can you post a link to the style that needs attention?
-
I'm not sure what you mean there, or what state the system is in. Some things to confirm: When you refer to "the laptop," does that mean that there are multiple machines involved, each with its own issues? Or is there only one machine? For each machi…

This link may provide a hint: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/21761/libreoffice-missing-toolbar-icons-but-toolbar-working/ (For what it's worth, I had the same no-icons issue in LO 5, and suffered with it for a year before I broke down and sea…

There are some other glitches, though. When I open the library listing with the top-left hamburger, and then click "Top (expand)" beneath it, I'm taken to a list of collections. To view a list of items, I have to select a collection. It does not app…

Just installed, and synced my account, on an ageing Motorola G3 phone. Went through without a hitch. There is a UI problem, though. My account contains 61 group libraries. The ZotDroid listing is centered vertically, and won't scroll in either dire…

It's up now, as citeproc-js tag 1.1.186. @F.Altermann If install the Propachi plugin, you should be able to get the effect you desire from the style. The plugin is a temporary hotfix, you should remove it at the next Zotero release, which will like…

This might not be the cause, but I wonder if it might be failing for a protocol mismatch. Do you possibly get a different result with https://www.jstor.org/stable/20722457 ?

We'll do what we can, then. But where quotes are used in a string, we can't guarantee that quotes, alef and ayn will all be rendered correctly.
-
There are Unicode characters for those two, which also appear in Hebrew and Armenian transliterations. Would it be reasonable to limit the fix for this to those special characters? There is a lot of pressure on single-quote already, and it's unlikel…

That is indeed new logic.

Got it. I'm tied down for the next couple of days, will look at it soon, though.
