• Copying the Zotero script directory worked well for me. The path to the new directory was slightly different for me than the one listed above. Mine was: Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/Word Script Menu Items

• I played around with the URL a little and found out that if I remove the "&ct=1" from the URL of the second example I listed, the pdf gets downloaded. Does anyone know what might cause this? Sanjuro
