Can you let it go for longer? That shows file sync attempts starting and not finishing, but you only logged a few seconds.

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

(There was a bug if there were unsynced local changes in a library where you no longer have editing permission (e.g., library editing was changed from 'members' to 'admins'). The new group wasn't related.)
