That's an item in your group library, not your personal library. Group libraries sync via Zotero servers, not via WebDAV, and you have group file syncing disabled.
-
If you right-click → Show File, what's the 8-character folder name of the file?
-
Those instructions aren't relevant. The iOS app should generally give you a Report ID automatically after a crash. Is that not happening? In any case, we still need the PDF via email.
-
I mean, it still doesn't sound like you read the page, since the page also explains how to convert to sentence case with two clicks. It takes literally a second. You don’t have to lowercase each word individually. We’re not going to automatically c…

That’s your web library on this site. All documentation is referring to the actual desktop app that you download and install on your computer.
-
It’s the File menu that appears in any app with a menu bar. Can you take a screenshot of what you’re looking at?
-
Are you getting a Report ID from the app after the crash? Can you send the PDF in question to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
You would indeed have to describe the issue you're reporting.
-
I'm not sure what you're referring to. Can you provide a screenshot? The default Mendeley importer imports from your online Mendeley library.
-
If it works in a new, empty document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents for your existing document.
-
"Creator" matches parent items and "Attachment File Type" matches child attachments, so these conditions will never produce a match. If you check "Include parent and child items of matching items", you might get what you want.

Can you provide a Debug ID for an operation that's slow?
-
None of this would happen automatically — you would end up with duplicate items if you exported and imported your library, and items would be moved to the trash if you (or someone with access to your library) did that. It doesn't look like you've b…

Did you read the page? Unfortunately, it's not possible for Zotero or any other tool to reliably automate conversion to sentence case, since a computer can't know for sure that something is a proper noun. (Think, for example, of the word “united”, w…

Let's stick to a single thread for your WebDAV issues. (And you provided a Report ID and error message from your computer, so I'm not sure what that has to do with your iPad.) https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/114986/authentication-to-the-server…

First, that's not "the server" — that's your WebDAV server. You entered the URL, username, or password wrong. [JavaScript Error: "Component returned failure code: 0x804b000a (NS_ERROR_MALFORMED_URI) [nsIIOService.newURI]" {file: "chrome://zotero/con…

It's OK — we're working on a fix. It's another MV3-related regression, which only affects Chrome.
-
That's how it works when "Automatically updated citations" is disabled: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/citations_underlined We'll look into the speed.
-
No, we need the Debug ID. It's a number that you post here.
-
How big as in how many citations/pages are we talking about? We need a Debug ID. Follow the link for instructions.
-
We always need example URLs for problems with saving.
-
No, sorry. That would require running every saved search just to trigger the highlighting, which would likely be too slow. I see for Zotero 7 improved collection search is implemented It matches anything in the collections pane. To be clear, it's j…

By "upload a citation" you mean using Add/Edit Citation to insert a citation into the document? Is it fast in a new, empty document? If so, and your existing document is large, make sure you've disabled "Automatically update citations" in the plugi…

Zotero Error: An error occurred during a connection to doi.org. TCP connection reset by peer Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Zotero Error: An error occurred during a connection to doi.org. It's your internet connection.

Uncheck View → Use Dark Mode for Content in the reader.
-
That's working here. Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?
-
No.
-
Disable Better BibTex, and then report this to the developer.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces the error?
-
We would need an example DOI that's not working for you.
