The debug file says it is unable to locate the file but still opens the file when clicked on I'm not sure what you mean by that, but make sure you're following the Files Not Syncing precisely and providing the requested info. This doesn't look quite…

6.0.8 To start, you're running a version of Zotero from May 2022. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in over two years.

The resource could not be loaded because the App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection. You have to use HTTPS to connect to a non-local address due to iOS restrictions.

OK, I've added that (as an inline style): https://github.com/zotero/zotero/commit/d2fda98bcba3f0cdfc9591117c2e565a532cb9a2 Let us know if that works for you.

We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

An account isn't required to use Zotero, so it's entirely possible you were just using Zotero locally without syncing. If you have other email addresses, you can try signing in or resetting your password with those, but otherwise your data would onl…

Restart Zotero. If you're still getting this, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing it?

@testplayer, @hackbunny: 5.0.130 is out now with the fix. Thanks again.

@Karlinger: I don't know why you keep creating new threads for the same issue, but if you want help here, you'll need to respond to this thread. Include a Debug ID for an attempt that fails.
-
Wait, no, you're still creating new threads for the same issue after people have already responded to you. Please stop that or you'll be banned from posting. Continue in your existing thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/463442/#Co…

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that doesn't work?

Yes, if there’s nothing to be kept, deleting the B and C data directories is the best option. If the amount of overlap is minimal, the alternative would be to just sync all three and use duplicate detection to merge some items, but beyond a small n…

Is this an institutional computer? If so, you should ask your IT department for help. If you don't have administrative access, you should be able to install Zotero for just your user account without running into any problems. If it's installed syst…

1) Syncing syncs — it applies the changes you made on each device. It doesn't just pick a side and delete all other data. (You can manually use Replace Online Library from the Sync → Reset pane of the Zotero settings, but that's generally only neces…

That would be some problem with your internet connection or computer. There's no general problem with zotero.org. (You're posting here from somewhere, after all.) But note that the Zotero Connector doesn't need to connect to zotero.org — it saves d…

Your only options would be to 1) restore the 'storage' folder from a backup that you made yourself of your Zotero data directory or 2) re-download those files manually. To be clear, this should only be about your attachment files. Your data is stil…

In general you would have to follow the Files Not Syncing and provide the requested info (which you haven't done), but we can't help with an authentication error from your WebDAV server, so you'd have to resolve that on your own first.

Email support@zotero.org with details.

(And, of course, you'll want to look over the citations and bibliography entries to ensure that they're correct, but you would want to do that before submitting regardless of how you were generating the citations.)
-
1) Ignore that. 2) When you're done citing using Zotero, make a copy of the document and use "Unlink Citations" to flatten all Zotero citations into plain text. 3) Submit that version.
-
See Step 4 here: https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#restoring_from_the_last_automatic_backup Note the specific suggestion for restoring collections.

We've submitted 5.0.130 with a fix for this issue. It should be available within the next day, once Google approves it. Thanks for reporting.
