Could you include an SVG version of the colored icon as well? We've already answered this in a thread you posted to: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/111089/new-logo-in-svg-format It's a raster icon. It's not a vector icon.

You'll want to follow the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents linked from that dialog. (We'd also need a Report ID to tell you any more here, but you should follow the steps first.)

@frankiev18201: Not sure what you mean by "broken". The link above works when logged in. It's just a link to a tab in your account settings.

We'd need a Report ID and a link to the PDF in question (or you can send it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread).
-
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for Zotero startup through getting this error, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
-
@danielborek: That shouldn't be the case, so you should follow up in your original thread so we can actually debug this. We fixed a cause of that weeks ago.

That's a sandboxed third-party package. We can only help with the official tarball from this site or the zotero-deb package. https://www.zotero.org/support/installation#linux

2) Items in the trash are automatically removed after 30 days by default, so it might have just been that. I tried exporting the PDF, but it doesn't export notations There's a separate "Export Annotated PDF" option that should include annotations. …

A few things: 1) There is indeed only one copy of that item in your library currently, but the item that exists has been in the library since June 1, so I'm not clear how that would be a new copy (though this one only has annotations since the 15th…

This should be fixed now in beta 90.

You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

@naman_h: We were able to figure this out, and it should be fixed now in beta 90. Thanks for reporting.

That's a Report ID. We need a Debug ID. Follow the link for instructions.

@birkok, @entliang1: OK, sorry about that — this was indeed a bug in the latest beta. Fixed now in beta 89. Thanks for reporting.

Not sure what you’re saying there. You deleted Zotero.dotm, you confirmed Zotero was gone from Word completely, you reinstalled it, and then you got this error? Have you tried restarting your computer? What exact Word version?

(Please don't post error logs or debug output here, only Report IDs and Debug IDs. We'll excerpt relevant parts.) [JavaScript Error: "data.query is undefined" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/server_integration.js" line: 34}] Did you delete the…

Report ID? Should still work.

Once I realized this, I deleted all the highlights and reselected them, but the problem persists. I'm not sure what you mean by this. If you delete the highlights and recreate them, they'd appear where you created them.
