@FreddyGo, @TillSch: You can create a standalone note from annotations on one or more items and then export that note as Markdown or HTML.
-
This is planned.
-
You'd have to say more. But I promise you this works — I tried it in your document. Note that, due to the number of citations in the document (almost 600), there may be a delay before the citation dialog pops up.
-
@linjaaho: Updated in beta 94
-
Those are just Word footnote numbers. The citation is the gray citation in the footnote, where the actual shading shows up.

Fixed in beta 94 — thanks.

OK, note that that setting itself shouldn't have any effect on Add/Edit Citation, but the shading makes it clearer when you're within a citation so that you can click Add/Edit Citation.

A citation picked at random populates the citation dialog for me. When you say it's not working, what do you mean, exactly? What happens? Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing it?
-
You can send the file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. Can you reproduce this with a citation you insert into a new, empty document?
-
I appear to be able to change the citation format in the Zotero preferences tab, in which the references in the word document do change format. Thus, does this mean that my references are not flattended? If the in-text citations themselves change, …

OK, then you should read it again. Your syncing vs. backup question is answered in the first paragraph.

We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

Neither. https://www.zotero.org/support/storage_faq#how_can_i_change_my_current_storage_plan

Sorry, but we can't provide general computing guidance here. Syncing vs. backup is explained in the linked section.
-
It's not quite as simple as that — this is actually HTML, like the description ("Abstract") from the feed, not a specific subset of HTML tags — but we'll see what we can do.
-
That doesn't show you actually reloading the page and trying to save.
-
Ah, @AmmerM, if that's what you mean, the answer is just that you should save from the article page, not the reader. It's possible we could support saving from their reader, but there's no guarantee that's technically possible. (We could save metada…

What OS is this? If this is Linux, we can only help with the official tarball from this site or the zotero-deb package. If you're using a third-party package, you'll have to talk to the package maintainer. https://www.zotero.org/support/installatio…

That's never been the correct way to save to Zotero from Google Scholar or any other supported site, and it's no longer possible due to changes in Chrome: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/466053/#Comment_466053

Not sure what you mean by that. See Reporting Problems for the two things we need to help.
-
We always need an example URL for problems with saving, but if this is Google Scholar, it's likely Site Access Limits.
-
Assuming it works in a new, empty document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents, linked from that dialog, for the existing document.

You may have flattened the document by accident: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/existing_citations_not_detected
