You can always look at your web library to see what files are available there, but it's just not really relevant. If you're at your quota, no new files are being uploaded, and you have no control over what specific files are stored online. If you wa…

Don't modify the database directly. Use the web API or JS API. You won't receive any support for Zotero as long as you're using a database you've modified. From Direct Access to the Zotero SQLite Database: Generally, the SQLite database should be v…

No, all you did is send us another screenshot from the library root of the web library, which you had already sent. The desktop screenshot you sent is from a collection, so that's not comparable to the library root.
-
But they're not comparable. The screenshots need to show the same view. If you think you're missing items, they should both show the library root.
-
You sent one screenshot from a collection and another from the library root.
-
Look at what I posted above. One has an "L" and the other doesn't.
-
Can you provide a screenshot from your desktop app, sorted by Date Modified descending, that shows missing items, either here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
@hungnkha: And from the Connector too. Be sure to reload the page before trying to save.
-
Actually, it should unproxy the URL even without a proxy being configured in the Connector. Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero app for reproducing that?
-
In particular, the article URL via proxy has the type of "ieeexplore-ieee-org.proxy.bnl.lu/...", hence when I save it on the article page, the the URL in metadata of the paper is save as "ieeexplore-ieee-org.proxy.bnl.lu/.." rather than the original…

@mangelov: WebDAV isn't yet supported in the Android app, as noted in the announcement and throughout this thread. I'm just saying you can't somehow put files into the app directly.
-
But it's not a sync problem if you had the data on this computer — as you say, the web library has the data. Data would only disappear locally if you deleted it yourself or somehow switched to a different Zotero data directory. And since syncing is…
-
Is this a computer where you previously had this data, or are you just trying to sync data from the web library to a new computer?
-
@mangelov: The mobile apps support stored files synced by the app via Zotero Storage or WebDAV.
-
You need to actually describe the issue.
-
Given that you can just filter the collections pane and then drag, I'm not sure it's worth trying to add this to the context menu. If anything, I think we'd add a section for recent targets.

See Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

Thanks. A couple different issues here: 1) It looks like there's a bug saving PDFs within frames in the latest Zotero Connector for Chrome and Edge. We'll push out a fix for that shortly. 2) The IEEE Xplore translator wasn't written to work on PDF…

For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.

You were trying to log in with the wrong username ("songmeilin"). If that's supposed to be your username, you can change it from your account settings.
-
Yes, you can always get the annotations from the web API* and do something yourself. Annotations are just a type of item. One problem with even a non-standardized export is that the display of annotations is inherently interactive, so it's not just…

The easiest option may be to just do this after you're done working with Zotero and have used Unlink Citations in a copy of the document. Then everything is just text. You don't want to modify citations in any way while they're active Word fields.
-
You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.
-
That still doesn't show you trying to open a file. Be sure to start debug output logging, immediately try to open the file and get the above error, and then immediately submit output.
-
It looks like they have a (new?) API, which powers the "Downloads as .RIS" button, that is returning updated RIS with 2023 as the date, while the URL scheme Zotero uses to download the RIS returns an older version with 2022. We'll need to see if the…

There's too much logged there. Can you provide a Debug ID for just trying to open a file unsuccessfully?

OK, I've turned that off for these two locales in the Transifex settings. It actually gives this as an example, so I'm not sure why it doesn't exclude them by default: However, there might be cases where specific locales need to be excluded and shou…
