@mjthoraval: Can you explain what that debut output shows? I just see two writes, one to create an annotation and one to enter some text. @erazlogo: We'd need to see a Debug ID from Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), …

[JavaScript Error: "Could not find a running Word instance. [getDocument:y:\adomas\zotero\word-for-windows-integration\build\zoterowinwordintegration\document.cpp:145]"] Is your document stored on OneDrive? Are you starting either Zotero or Word as…

Not necessarily. There could be differences in how different clients are handled by the server or network without it being a client problem. Particularly since you're connecting via a somewhat unusual network setup, it would be helpful to test with …

Have you tried with another WebDAV server? E.g., you can test with a local Docker container running Apache.
-
You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

They show 0 because they're not using any file storage. They don't have any attachments. Library data itself doesn't count against the quota.
-
You can just delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero and reinstall from the download page. Your data won't be affected.

@janzavra: You've always been able to access notes from the reader. They're in the Notes pane. The request here is just to show child notes in Zotero 7's scrollable item pane in addition to the Notes pane.

@KeriFacer: Same question as above — what macOS version? You can try opening Terminal via Spotlight, running this command, restarting your computer, and trying again: tccutil reset AppleEvents That should clear everything in that settings pane an…

See Locating Missing Zotero Data for local data, but your data is also in your online library and was synced up through last month, so you can always sync from a fresh install to pull down that data.

You likely just need to wait longer. Word integration on macOS is unfortunately fairly slow currently.
-
You didn't log anything related to the Word plugin in that debug output. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully and try again for reproducing this in a new, empty document. Restart Zotero before retrying.
-
See the linked page for how this might have happened and your options. There's really nothing more we can tell you, unfortunately — you'll need to restore to a backup from before you did this or reinsert the citations.

You posted to a thread about a redesign. It has nothing to do with your problem. If you're going to post here, please trust that we know what we're talking about. This is a macOS bug that can happen with any app update, even a minor one. It has not…

(Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to is someone else's thread from last year. I've moved this to a new thread.) You'd have to say more. What exactly happens when you click Add/Edit Bibliography? How long have you wait…

A Zotero bibliography is just a representation of the citations in the document. If you have active Zotero citations, you can just put the cursor where you want the bibliography and click Add/Edit Bibliography. But it's also possible you accidental…

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins, and then find the plugin that's causing this. Then report the problem to the developer (and let us know what was causing it).

This doesn't really have anything to do with Zotero, so we can't help with this, but generally that'd be a message you would get if you were still running the old, pre-Chromium version of Edge.

See Changes Not Syncing.

You're getting a 403 Forbidden from all sites that it's trying. Assuming you're connecting via a proxy, I'd guess those aren't really from the sites and you're just being blocked by your institution's network. You can try the Zotero 7 beta, which w…

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?

Fixed in beta 99 — thanks.

@popovic: You may be able to copy and paste smaller sections of the document into individual Google Docs documents and then do the switching process from those. Make sure to do a Refresh after pasting to confirm that the citations are still active.…

Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?
