Again, this has nothing to do with Zotero, and it's not any sort of general problem that would affect the millions of people who use Zotero. It's some sort of permissions or filesystem problem on your computer.

Sorry, I was referring to the availability via the sites/databases/catalogs we support. We could support ORCID even if we couldn't automatically retrieve them from most sites, but it's a lot less compelling.
