That's not the URL. It's http://zotero.org/utils/dbfix

(And you never need to save debug output. All we need here is Debug IDs.)
-
Can you reproduce in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?
-
There are no errors logged in there — that seems to show a normal startup and an initial auto-sync. Can you share a screenshot of what exactly you're seeing? You should also temporarily disable syncing while using "Restart with Logging Enabled" to …

And if I restart with two official plugins: Zotero word and Zotero LibreOffice Integration, the severe bug appears again I'm not sure what you mean by that. The Debug ID just shows a normal startup without any problems. A Debug ID is only useful if …

This is where all support happens. You have access to anything that can be restored. If you delete something and sync, it's gone from our servers. It would still be in the desktop app's automatic backups going back two days from when those deletions…

I'm afraid I can't really tell you more than I say in my last message. Again, you have ~300 top-level items in your online library. I'm not sure why you're saying you have 150, but you can look at the online library to see all the items and compare…

If you can start up Zotero normally, you should check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero settings.
-
@XiongXiao: If the debug output doesn't show the error occurring, it wouldn't help, no. Are you saying that debug output was for a successful startup where everything worked? There is one error logged in there, but it's unclear if it's related to th…

In that case, I can disable all the plugins. However, I cannot ensure it works because I disable all the plugins or by accident. But if you disable the plugins, they stay disabled. So you can restart Zotero any number of times and confirm that the …

It's not clear what you mean here, but many items were deleted in your library on June 21/22. If that's what you're referring to, that would've had to have been done by you or someone who had access to your account (e.g., on a shared computer). You…

Provide option for suppressing suffixes where they would create a repeat character, e.g. two hyphens, two periods etc. Beta 101 will now suppress duplicate prefixes/suffixes by default.

Because the Zotero 6 reader didn't support webpage snapshots. That, too, was added in Zotero 7, and it's since been added to the web library.
-
Oh, are you thinking of the attachment preview that appears in the Zotero 7 item pane? That's a new feature in Zotero 7 — it didn't exist in Zotero 6. And embedded attachment notes have been discontinued in Zotero 7, so that note editor doesn't app…
-
Again, it's an empty note — there's nothing to show. Are you thinking of an abstract, which appears on the parent item? Something else? You'd have to show us what you're referring to in Zotero 7 or in the online library. When I click that on desktop…
-
@ays.seyfulayeva: Well, also, are these items missing from the iPad completely, or just from the collection?
-
Approximately when did you add these items to the collection? Recently, or a while back? For now, you can likely use Debug Output Logging → Full Sync Debugging → Start Full Sync Debugging in the settings to bring the iPad up to date. That shouldn't…
-
That's just an empty note. What are you trying to show?
-
No, you're misunderstanding what I'm saying. 1) I didn't say there was no reason to downgrade. I'm explaining that there shouldn't ever be a problem with switching between 6 and 7 — we do it constantly the time during development, and many beta tes…

Can you start debug output logging on iOS, make a change to one of those items in the web library (e.g., changing the title temporarily), pull down on the items list on iOS to force a sync, and then submit the output and post the Debug ID here? And …
-
1) That shows an active sync. Make sure syncing has completed fully on all devices. 2) I asked for multiple screenshots. You provided a screenshot from the desktop app, but I'm not sure what that's meant to show. You seem to be talking about your i…

@mjthoraval: Should be fixed in beta 101. @DWL-SDCA: We've also fixed the issue @abaevbog describes above where switching to another window and back while editing the field can cause Title/Abstract to lose edits.
-
We've added a toggle between highlighting and underlining to the popup in beta 101.
-
You were at your file-storage quota, so additional files weren't being uploaded, which Zotero would've been warning you about on every sync. Upgrading your storage now, as you've done, doesn't do anything to fix that. Since you were at your quota, t…

@mjthoraval: We've added a toggle to the popup in beta 101. @uderecife, @appwcn: We'll be adding the ability to convert existing annotations between highlights and underlines in a future version.
-
Disable all your plugins. There shouldn't be any reason in Zotero itself that you can't switch between Zotero 6 and 7. I'm not sure what you mean by "they're on the online version".
-
Do you still get an error if you disable all plugins? Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option? If you can't access the menu, see Reporting Startup Errors.
-
Yes, if you have the files locally, you can run Reset File Sync History. A ticket is just a to-do on our end to fix something. I'm just saying it will do the reset automatically in a future version.
