[JavaScript Error: "An unhandled exception occured. [getDocument:y:\zotero\word-for-windows-integration\build\zoterowinwordintegration\document.cpp]"] We haven't reproduced this ourselves, but there've been some reports with the same error that seem…

See Changes Not Syncing.
-
@MilaRoGuiam: I'm not sure what you mean by that. It sounds like you're referring to something provided by a plugin.
-
@danielec94: For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
-
It's not really a new feature, no. I've updated this section to more clearly explain exactly what changed: https://www.zotero.org/support/file_renaming#attachment_title_handling_in_zotero_7
-
EPUB support on iOS is coming soon.
-
See Changes Not Syncing, and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble.
-
What exactly are you trying to do? You should be able to, say, drag a Zotero attachment item to a web-based email client like Gmail to add the file as an attachment of the email. But it really depends on the specifics.
-
@longhhh: You'll need to read the linked section. This isn't a bug.
-
OK, thanks. Could you both email install.log from both folders to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? After that, you can go ahead and delete those folders and reinstall.
-
The classic dialog won't be receiving further development. Zotero 7, which was just released, makes it easy to add selected items (including multiple items) in your library. I'd recommend trying that instead.
-
Well, why do they have different items? Syncing is syncing — when you sync a device, it applies all the changes you've made in both directions since the last time you synced that device. So if you previously were syncing your old computer but stopp…

Not currently, sorry.
-
For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
-
That disables plugins, so you should disable all plugins and then re-enable them one by one to see which one is causing this.
-
@roadtodream: I don't know what you mean by that. I've explained exactly what's happening here. iOS apps can make non-HTTPS connections to local servers. Non-HTTPS connections to remote servers require an exemption from Apple, and we don't request …
-
No, absolutely don't do that — that's not a proper transfer of your data. You should delete the Zotero data directory from this computer and transfer your data properly. As the linked page explains, the profile folder is within a hidden folder, and…
-
@lagbolt: Actually, before you do that, can you take a look in those folders and let us know what files still exist?
-
That's not good, but you can just delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero and C:\Program Files\Zotero and reinstall.
-
@heyweijia: Meaning this was a new installation of Zotero, with a new profile folder that had just been created? Or is it possible you had run Zotero before, on this or another computer from which you had transferred files?
-
Is this a new installation of Zotero? Did you use Zotero 6 on this computer? Did you transfer Windows files from another computer? In any case, deleting the parent folder of the Zotero profile folder — the Profiles folder — and letting Zotero recre…
-
@heyweijia: When did the error start for you? Just after upgrading to Zotero 7?
-
But did you use Zotero on your older Mac? If so, and you used Migration Assistant, that could have transferred your previous profile folder. In any case, try deleting the profile folder.
-
What do you mean by "Files were transferred from the cloud"? What files, and transferred how? Try deleting your Zotero profile folder — you can delete the whole "Profiles" folder containing the profile folder and profiles.ini — and letting Zotero c…
-
@hmaxim: Have you used Zotero on this computer previously, or is this a new installation? Did you transfer files from another Mac?
-
Wait, this is just a duplicate of your post from two months ago, where I gave you the same answer and you said that it worked. Why are you posting this again? https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/115137/invisible-zotero-7-library
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
-
Most likely it's one of your open public libraries that don't allow files.
-
@k.durdevic: The key is currently shown in a separate section in the item pane. We'll be making it possible for plugins to add custom rows in the Info section in the near future.
