I can't really explain it more clearly than my comment above. If you want to share another video that shows this not working when dragging from one collection to another, you can do so, but that's not what you showed.

That's a 413 Content Too Large error from your WebDAV server. That would generally mean you're out of WebDAV storage space or are trying to upload a very large file. It has nothing to do with Zotero itself. I don't know what you mean by "unstable".

Thanks, but I think we're going to operate under the assumption that someone running gh knows (or should know) how to clone a repo. Every project that gives a git clone command doesn't need to duplicate it just because GitHub made a custom client.
