You can view the filename in the right-hand pane after clicking on the attachment. And to be clear, Zotero has always renamed files automatically. Unless you edited the metadata after saving the item, you never need to run Rename File from Parent M…

I can reproduce. We'll investigate — thanks.

We're working on this. (We greatly appreciate reports like these, but you really don't need to write this much, cite the WCAG entry, etc. Obviously this function should be accessible via the keyboard, and we could've told you we were working on it …

When you click on "Add Citation," a settings-like icon briefly appears and disappears in the top right corner. In Zotero 7? Can you take a screen recording of that and share it, either here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this th…

But even from an unrecognized browser you shouldn't be seeing only a link to the App Store, so something is very strange here. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

What browser are you using? Can you go to this URL and copy and paste the text where it says "Your user agent"?

The Mac Word plugin is just slow. It shouldn't be any different from Zotero 6. In a large document, it could take a while to refresh. You should make sure "Automatically update citations" is disabled in the plugin's Document Preferences window. We'…

You can test the fix now in the Zotero Connector beta for Firefox.

I don't recall any other reports of this throughout the entire Zotero 7 beta period, so this is likely caused by something else on your computer. It could be your NVIDIA drivers/settings or some other software. You should try updating everything and…

@shamseer: It's explained on the page I linked to.
-
@elenahe: The Word plugin should be updated automatically.

Did you restart your computer after increasing the UAC level or setting EnableLUA to 1?
-
You do not have any plugins installed. Messages in the console are for developers — you shouldn't try to interpret them.

I can’t help you if you don’t respond to what I say. I still have no idea what you’re talking about in this thread. You have no extensions installed in that debug log.

Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't related. I've moved this to a new thread. See https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/470174/#Comment_470174

Better to post questions like this to zotero-dev. We try to keep technical discussions there.
-
@goonback: OK, can you try generating debug output with the latest commit?
-
I don't think we'd try to do an in-app switch, which would be complicated, but we're going to show a banner soon to beta users noting that Zotero 7 is out in case they want to switch back to the release version.
-
Can you provide a Report ID after reproducing this?
-
6.0.18 You're running a version of Zotero from November 2022. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in 1.5 years.

Generally speaking, you shouldn't have multiple accounts — you should have one account and add additional email addresses to it. I'd recommend deleting this account and adding this email address to your previous account.

Oh, there's just something wrong with the -/+ icons on low-res displays. We'll fix.

HTTP OPTIONS https://app.koofr.net/dav/Koofr/zotero/ failed with 429 You're getting a 429 Too Many Requests error from your WebDAV provider. That's all we can tell you.

If you get it again, uninstall Zotero and reinstall it from the download page, and let us know if it happens again after that.
-
You should 1) download the installer directly without using a download manager and 2) if the direct download is still flagged, report it to the anti-virus vendor as a false positive. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/23a8ceac9ac250be7cab855219e6ba…

How did you resolve it on Windows?
