No, it wouldn't be about GPU performance. Zotero runs fine on computers with integrated graphics cards (and much older computers than yours). You still might have some sort of control panel for the integrated graphics card. I'd check there to see i…

What kind of computer and graphics card? I'd guess that it's related to your graphics driver. If you have a control panel for your graphics card, try setting it to treat Zotero the same as it treats Firefox.

That's from some plugin you're using.

@dmcooke: Ah, well done — thanks. We'll see what we can do.

You have to export with files. The files are included in a separate 'files' folder in the export folder. Make sure you have file syncing set to "at sync time" for groups. Currently all attachment files need to already be available locally in order …

You still have plugins enabled there. We need to see a Report ID from Troubleshooting Mode.

I linked to instructions.

@romesh: That's great — thanks so much. We also contacted the IT departments of a bunch of affected universities yesterday and asked them to reach out to their Cisco support contacts. If anyone is still seeing this, please restart your system and t…

Can you provide a Report ID?
-
1) You have to sync after making that change. 2) If you already dragged the items, you have to delete them in the target library before dragging again. 3) Also make sure you have it set to copy "child snapshots and imported files" in the Groups se…

Can you provide a Debug ID for opening one of those?
-
In addition to using the standard OS modifier keys to deselect items, you can also use up/down-arrow to select a single item.

6.0.8 You're running a version of Zotero from May 2022. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in over two years.

Does this happen if you restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?
-
Is that Edge with the actual Edge extension, or did you install the Chrome extension in Edge?
-
Right, we can't help with that. For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.

Export in what format? Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins, and make sure you're selecting one of the built-in export formats. If the problem still occurs, provide a D…

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it (which it will), you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's d…

That's a problem with the third-party Flatpak you're using: https://github.com/flathub/org.zotero.Zotero/issues/165 It works fine with the official tarball we distribute.
-
Most likely you're dragging to a group that doesn't allow file editing, such as a public open group.
-
It's just exactly what it says at the top of that page. You're at your file-storage quota.
-
But also you moved tens of thousands of items to the trash in the last week. Assuming you didn't mean to do that, you should restore them from the trash.

6.0.19 You're running a version of Zotero from December 2022. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in almost two years.

I mean, that just means what it says. Assuming this is an institutional system, ask your IT department if you're having trouble.
-
@lpurban: The ability to add bookmarks is planned.
-
Not sure what you mean about the bibliography. Can you provide a screenshot? You'd get the classic view if you set that to appear by default in the Cite pane of the Zotero settings.
-
Yes, continuous renaming is coming soon.

Start by installing Zotero 7 from the download page. If you still have trouble, restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugi…

WSL as in Windows Subsystem for Linux? What does that have to do with Zotero? If you want to use Zotero with Word, you need to install the Windows version of Zotero.
