I think we removed that to avoid accidental moves. You can still drag to the library root, which is more explicit.

You have to fix the permissions on the /Users/:username:/Zotero folder so that it and all files/folders within it are writable by your current macOS user account. You can do that from File → Get Info in Finder.

If you were out of storage and stopped using the computer you were using, then yes, you wouldn't have access to those files, since they were never on our servers to begin with.

It sounds like you're clicking the link to zotero.org, not the Add to Chrome link.

Most likely you're syncing with a different account. Check the Sync pane of your Zotero settings to see the account you're actually using and then email storage@zotero.org, and we can transfer the subscription.

We can't help with plugin issues, but this would be fixed by re-selecting a Quick Copy style in the Export pane of the Zotero settings. It would also be fixed by upgrading to Zotero 7.0.21 or later.

You should reinstall Zotero from the download page. Your data won't be affected. If it's still happening after that, let us know.
