Same answer. Try in a new document, and if that works, see the troubleshooting steps linked from the dialog and above, which, again, will by definition isolate the problem.

The checkmark is shown in your screenshot — the top right of the window, next to the X. Enter should work as long as your cursor is in the input field (next to "Davis, 2009" in your screenshot).

No, no one has ever reported anything like this. Nothing in Zotero itself would ever create CSV files in the storage folder, so that's either a misunderstanding or due to some plugin you installed or something you ran outside of Zotero. If files we…

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt to set up syncing? If you can't submit that, it's just some problem with your internet connection or your computer's networking setup. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/connection_error
-
That would generally be some sort of problem with your internet connection. If you provide a Debug ID for a sync that fails, we can confirm, but you also might not be able to submit a Debug ID if all network connections within Zotero are failing. Y…

Upgrade to the latest version of Zotero. For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset. (If these are different institutional computers, you'll need to ask your I…

If it works in a new, empty document, see the instructions linked from there for the existing document.

That's a 429 Too Many Requests from arXiv servers. Did you try to add many at once?

Sorry, books on ScienceDirect aren't currently supported.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this?

You can try the beta now and let us know if that helps.

We always need an example URL for problems with saving.

We've fixed this for the next update.

There was a bug in earlier betas that caused the column config from Zotero 9 to be lost. That's fixed in beta 5, but only if you didn't make any column changes in an earlier beta — if you did, beta 5 will use that state instead of your Z9 config. If…

@cwyn: You're using List mode, which searches across all your libraries. If you have an entire duplicate library, you probably want to switch to Library mode in the bottom right to limit your search to the main library.

@burgarth, @vhe: 1.0.0-246 is out now in the beta.

That hasn't changed. That's just the Word setting for field shading — nothing to do with Zotero specifically. Zotero inserts standard Word fields.

Either some plugin of yours created an item with an invalid date or your computer date was (very) wrong when you saved that item. Paste QZ8B2WGM into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the item in question, and then delete it and e…

Generally that would be some problem with your internet connection. Are you able to provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces this?

You have three embedded note images in your library, and all three are available online. You should be able to view them in the notes in the web library on this site. Make sure you're running the latest version (2.0.6) of the iOS app.

Do you have file syncing configured the same way on both devices?
-
Don't run as administrator — that can cause more problems and isn't a troubleshooting step you should ever use. Try holding Shift at startup to start in Troubleshooting Mode.

Can you provide a Report ID? If it's working in a new document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents for the existing document.

Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing that? Do other search terms work? If you click Library in the bottom right, can you browse your collections and select it?
