Underline and text annotations will be coming to the Android app in a future update.
-
At least currently, annotations on group files can only be edited by the person who created them.
-
@AmiraMansour: Yeah, what exactly do you mean by that? Are you saying you're getting an error from Word? What exactly does it say? In any case, if you're getting an error from Zotero, we'd need to see a Report ID to say more.
-
@cferranu: You're currently using 1.7 GB in your online library. (Replace Online Library isn't something you should ever use for troubleshooting.)
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a sync that triggers this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option? You should first disable any third-party plugins.
-
You would have to describe the issue you're reporting.
-
If the tag is on tens of thousands of items, it may take a while to delete. If you think it's not working, we'd want to see a Debug ID for Zotero startup through using the delete option and waiting several minutes, using the "Restart with Logging E…

@hadgi: No, it won't be. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/455807/#Comment_455807

Thanks — this is a known issue.
-
7.0.2 is over a month old, so you'll need to start by updating to the current version. We can't help with old versions.
-
You delete tags by right-clicking on the tag in the tag selector and choosing "Delete Tag…". Also deselected "SYNC TAGS" tickbox in General Prefs. That's not an option, so you've misunderstood something.
-
There's no reason it should be. Items can exist in multiple collections or no collections. https://www.zotero.org/support/collections_and_tags#the_zotero_collections_model
-
Can you share a screenshot of what you're trying to do?
-
@adamsmith: There's no need for this to be a plugin anymore. All the mapping info is available in https://github.com/zotero/zotero-schema/blob/master/schema.json (search for "csl").
-
Right-click on the Save to Zotero button, select “This Can Read and Change Site Data”, and make sure it's set to “On All Sites”.
-
@psomm: Please ask your IT department to contact us at support@zotero.org so they can put us in touch with Cisco. It's ridiculous that Cisco hasn't fixed this for everyone after more than a month.
-
Correct the items in Zotero itself, not the document.
-
Did you transfer files from another Mac (with a different username)? Go to your Zotero profile folder and delete prefs.js. Then restart Zotero.
-
Thanks. This is now fixed in the latest Zotero beta, and the fix will be included in 7.0.6 soon.

This should be fixed in the latest Zotero beta, and the fix will be included in 7.0.6 soon.
-
This would be caused by misconfiguring the base directory on one computer, but in the latest Zotero beta we've fixed a bug that could prevent Zotero from automatically correcting the problem. The fix will be included in 7.0.6 soon.
-
Sorry about that. This should be fixed in the latest Zotero beta, and the fix will be included in 7.0.6 soon.
-
Fixed in the latest beta — thanks. This would happen if you moved a saved search to the trash.
-
It sounds like you're looking for View → Show Items from Subcollections. With that disabled, items just appear in the collections they're actually in.
-
You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.
-
You just have to set up syncing. https://www.zotero.org/support/sync

-
If you right-click → Show File and move the file out of the way (e.g., to your desktop), and then try to open it again, does it work?
-
None of those are things that should happen in the beta, though. I doubt installing the release version fixed anything, but if you can reproduce these in the beta, we'd want to know. Again, make sure you're testing in Troubleshooting Mode.

I linked to a troubleshooting page above. (It's also linked from the error dialog.)
