Fixed in the latest beta. Thanks.

@mjthoraval: Done in the latest beta
-
No, but it's planned.

I'm not talking about transferring between libraries — I'm answering your original question. If you're trying to drag to one of your public open groups, that's the reason.
-
To be clear, you're in multiple public open groups, which don't allow file sharing. If you're saying you can't add a file in any way to the library, that's the reason.
-
Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?
-
Can you provide a Report ID after reproducing this?
-
The group owner can transfer the group to you from the group settings online. Otherwise, you can email storage@zotero.org for a refund.
-
You're saying you have two separate Zotero accounts? You shouldn't — you should just have a single account, and you can add multiple email addresses in the account settings online. The account you're posting from has no data in it, and looks to be …
-
You're trying to upload in a group that you're not the owner of. Group storage draws from the group owner's quota.
-
That's a generic error trying to access the database on the network drive. The best we can suggest is moving the data directory to the local disk if that's an option. Network drives should generally work, but they don't always behave normally. (That…
-
Most likely your database was already corrupted. Restore from the backup and check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero settings.
-
For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
-
Can you reproduce this with all plugins disabled?
-
Again, you need to actually provide examples. Other people are not reporting what you're reporting.

You don't have a storage subscription on the account you're posting from, as you can see on your storage settings page. If you have multiple accounts and added a subscription to the wrong one, email storage@zotero.org to have it transferred.
-
There's no keyboard shortcut to add a tag to an item, but you can double-click on the Tags button in the side navigation bar or right-click it and select Pin Section to keep that section scrolled to the top as you move between items.

Zotero 6 is still available from the download page, but staying on Zotero 6 isn't a good option — parts will stop working eventually and you won't receive any support here for problems. So you should provide actual examples of files that aren't work…

https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing You're close to your storage quota, so additional files may just not have synced.
-
(Just to clarify for others, this is in response to an email reply from us.) I've learned that book metadata mostly comes from the Library of Congress, are there other libraries or sources that ZoteroBib uses? https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/co…

Open tabs should always be restored when Zotero is restarted. I'm afraid I can't really tell you why that wouldn't have happened — that's not something we've had any reports of. (The data is stored in session.json on your Zotero profile folder.)

(Note that the first URL won't work as a URL in Add Item by Identifier — that would have to be just the PMID. The DOI will be extracted from the second URL.)
-
Both are working for me, both via Add Item by Identifier and the Connector. Can you provide a Debug ID for an Add Item by Identifier attempt that fails?
-
You deleted all items in your library, either manually or by using Replace Online Library from an empty library. Simply setting up syncing on a new computer would never do this — it would just pull down your existing library. If you just did this, …
-
@guidoreina: Note that if you set the item pane header in Zotero 7 to Bibliography Entry, that gives you a bibliographic format for a single item that you can copy via right-click. You could then keep Quick Copy set to the export format.
-
@echo21echo21: No, syncing syncs changes from both sides. Unless you're editing the same items, you don't need to wait for one side or the other to sync, and you're at no risk of losing data.
-
That's not with all plugins disabled.
-
That’s not a Debug ID.
