Annotations and note content export as plain text with Markdown links back to Zotero by default. You can adjust the settings in the Export pane of the settings. If there's something else you mean, can you provide a specific example?

I don't know what you mean by that, but if you have your Zotero data directory in OneDrive, you absolutely can't do that. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/data_directory_in_cloud_storage_folder Again, we would need a Debug ID to help further.

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If it still happens, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing the hang.
