Can you provide a Report ID? Can you insert a citation and bibliography in that style in a new, empty document?
-
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces an error? Note that you have your Zotero data directory in a very unusual location, and that could be causing problems.
-
For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
-
Click "Use Custom Location…".
-
View → Layout → Standard View. If it's grayed out, your window is too narrow and you need to make it wider.
-
File → New Library → “New Group…” (which just takes you to https://www.zotero.org/groups/new)
-
I'm not sure what you mean. What's the actual problem that you're experiencing? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.
-
You can save to Zotero via the Share button in the browser, which works like the Zotero Connector and uses translators.
-
The iOS app only supports stored files, not linked files.
-
You'd have to say more, but note that you have to click "Use Custom Location…". You can't just type a different path.

5.0.60 The message means what it says. You're running a version of Zotero from January 2019. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in almost 6 years.
-
That's what the page is explaining — there's no way to automate this, so you have to convert each title and fix any proper nouns. Note that many sources will save in sentence case by default, but it depends entirely on the data provided by the site…

No, you're still misunderstanding this. I can't really say this more clearly than I did above. Please re-read it.
-
It's exactly as I say above — if you do Show in Finder and delete that file, it of course removes the file "in" Zotero in the sense that you just deleted the file that Zotero stored on disk. But it doesn't delete the attachment item that shows in th…

What do you mean by that, exactly? Are you referring to the desktop app or the web library? Can you explain what exactly you're doing?
-
You're not really engaging with what we've said. We've explained what it does and doesn't do. Beyond that, you'd have to say more. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need to help.

@iagogv: I said that we're still working on additional changes to support other workflows. That doesn't change the fact that most Zotero users — who aren't represented in these forums to begin with — just click "Save to Zotero" and end up with a sin…

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer. If not…

Facebook and Google make information difficult to find and display in their databases, but that's because they are for-profit platforms. This is what Cory Doctorow called "enshittification." But Zotero is free software for researchers. @erazlogo: We…

Since file titles became separate from filenames I'm begging you to stop misstating the change here. Attachments have always been separate from filenames, literally as long as Zotero has existed. Your previously using a plugin that changed the title…
-
I'm not clear what the actual question is here. I assume @spitouli means that deleting the file (from the 'storage' folder of the Zotero data directory) in Finder removes the file — not the attachment item — from Zotero. That would indeed be the cas…

You need to describe the issue you're reporting.
-
Correct, the Connector only saves to the desktop app or zotero.org, so you can't use it to upload to WebDAV without the desktop app. The iOS app includes a share extension that allows Connector-like saving to the app, but that's not currently possib…

If you can reproduce this reliably, can you say what exactly you're doing to trigger the crash?
-
You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.
-
(Please try to use more descriptive thread titles.) Can you provide a Report ID and explain exactly what you're doing to trigger this? A screenshot would also be helpful.
-
Can you send the PDF to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
-
That's certainly not normal. Can you provide a screenshot and a link to an affected PDF, along with a Report ID?
-
Well, start by disabling all plugins. -safe-mode will probably do that.
