You have to actually be syncing files for image annotations to sync. From your online account, it looks like you've at least uploaded them. Check your file-sync configuration on the other computer.
-
Though if you're saying you deleted the Zotero account completely, we can undo that if you email us at support@zotero.org. I'm not clear whether you're saying there was synced data in the old account, though. Zotero wouldn't have deleted any data wh…

I'm not totally following this, but if you're saying you switched the account set up for syncing on the old computer, Zotero would've warned you that it would delete all local data for the old account, required you to check a checkbox saying "Remove…

When attempting to sync online material to my library, the snyc box pops up (shaded gray) in the upper right hand corner but does not complete the function. I'm not sure what you mean by this. Can you provide a screenshot? In general, see Changes N…

You're dragging annotations, which are controlled by the note format in that pane. There's no citation style involved. That's only for dragging items.
-
The point of groups is to sync everything. If you don't want the files in the group, you'll need to delete the attachments from the group.
-
You're running a version of Zotero from August. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in several months.
-
Can you say more? Are you looking in the Zotero PDF reader on the other device? They're certainly synced in general. See the last step on Changes Not Syncing for what we'd need to say more.
-
Report ID? Can you take a picture of your monitor and share that?
-
For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
-
"Hide Attachment Preview" is an option in the Attachments sections for the parent item. Previews are always shown when you click on the attachment item itself and have the Attachment Info section expanded. Is this in stacked mode? Otherwise I would…

It's not clear what you mean by that. Can you explain exactly what you're trying and what's happening? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

disk I/O error This is a generic storage I/O error. There's no way for us to tell you specifically what the problem is, but the most common cause is having your Zotero data directory on a network filesystem or in a cloud storage folder (where it sho…

We haven't received any other reports of this, but it's possible Google is testing some changes. Can you follow these steps from the last time this occurred? https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/455406/#Item_5

You need to expand Attachment Info.
-
Yes, that's what the line indicates. It's telling you that you need to Refresh (which may take a while) before the citations are finalized. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/citations_underlined
-
@kswenson: You have to select text before clicking the button.
-
It's logged in the Debug ID you provided.
-
Those are your PDF annotations, not the embedded note. Expand the Attachment Info section in the right-hand pane.
-
That's the parent item. You have to click the attachment item, where you actually see the note.
-
Just share a screenshot from Zotero 7.
-
HTTP OPTIONS https://gima.terocloud.jp/dav/zotero/ No, it's not (just as detillman is not my username). The service is Teracloud, not Terocloud.
-
There's a button to do so below the existing (now read-only) note. For child attachments, it will say "Migrate to Item Note".
-
Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins, or is this from Better BibTeX?
-
(You mean right, not left.) It's no longer possible to create or edit those embedded attachment notes. You can convert existing ones to regular child notes on the parent item. Those are the main way notes are used in Zotero, and those are what you …

You never lose data uninstall and reinstalling an app on a Mac, and Zotero is no exception, but it also is very unlikely to fix anything, assuming you're already running the latest version. Make sure you've restarted your computer, make sure you've…
-
That's something you'd need to debug. See the linked page. There's obviously no general problem with all network connections to Zotero servers, so this is some problem with your computer.
-
@mdugganmrcvs: If you'd like us to investigate, I'd encourage you to share the file with support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. You don't have to share it publicly, and we obviously won't share it further — we treat materials submitted for t…

That would be a problem with your network configuration or your internet connection. See Connection Error. This isn't a problem in Zotero itself.

@lorenza.litrico: The timeline feature was removed in Zotero 7. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/459677/#Comment_459677
