What's the error you're receiving?
-
That's an outdated beta version of Zotero.
-
You can enable them one by one and try to reproduce it.

You mistyped the WebDAV URL.
-
How exactly are you importing? Are you sure this isn't from some plugin you installed? Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins.
-
Still planned.

(Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't related. I've moved this to a new thread.) You'd have to say what the actual problem was that you were experiencing in Zotero — see Reporting Problems for what we always need…

(Honestly I think the main reason you were confused here is because of the poorly sized/labeled buttons in the German locale. Because I promise you you use plenty of apps that don't have OK/Cancel buttons in their settings and don't think twice abou…

Even global option windows with big collections of options do have this choice. See eclipse, vscode, Firefox,.... That's not true? I don't have Eclipse installed, but the VS Code and Firefox settings just open in tabs, and they don't have OK/Cancel …

We have an open ticket for increasing the width of the search bar.

HTTP server listening on 127.0.0.1:23119 OK, it's likely either the security software or some network/proxy settings, so you'll need to speak to your IT department. Zotero is starting up normally. Both the Zotero Connector and the Mac Word plugin co…

No, there's absolutely nothing unusual about that. It's a settings window, not a prompt or alert window where there would be accept/cancel buttons. Just like the main settings window, Plugins, Advanced Search, etc., you close it when you're done wit…

That sounds like either something happened to the download or non-standard security software on your computer is interfering with the installer. Delete the file and redownload, possibly from a different browser, and/or check your security software.

@seifer20: Disable View → Use Dark Mode for Content in the reader.

See Files Not Syncing.

@mtu66: If you're seeing a yellow "XML Parsing Error" window popping up when you try to insert citations, see the questions here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/478584/#Comment_478584

@guoqiaoqiao: If you're still seeing this, see the questions here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/478584/#Comment_478584

@LeonBarmuta: If you continue to see that window, see the questions here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/478584/#Comment_478584

("Special" here could mean…a non-English locale, something unusual about how Zotero is installed, the Zotero program files being in a non-standard location, being on an outdated version of Windows…)
-
We need a Debug ID for a sync that triggers this in Troubleshooting Mode, not a Report ID. Follow my link for instructions.
-
@xiahuan1: As it says, you'll need to contact your WebDAV server administrator. That's a 423 Too Many Requests error from the WebDAV server.
-
I mean, it's your filesystem — you can just look at it in File Explorer. This error implies that the disk where you're storing your Zotero data directory is full. We can't provide general OS guidance here, so you'll need to resolve this. Again, this…
-
No, again, nothing to do with Zotero Storage or Zotero specifically. Your computer's disk is full.
-
Error(s) encountered during statement execution: database or disk is full [JavaScript Error: "NS_ERROR_FILE_NO_DEVICE_SPACE: Component returned failure code: 0x80520010 (NS_ERROR_FILE_NO_DEVICE_SPACE) [nsIFile.copyToFollowingLinks]" {file: "chrome:/…

That's not how you would normally save things to Zotero — you would generally use the Zotero Connector — but it should work, and it wouldn't have anything to do with Zotero Storage. You're saying you download the file to disk and drag it into the Z…
-
What exactly do you mean by that? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need. You can also include a screenshot.
-
That's an unrelated Zotero bug that we haven't yet been able to reproduce. You can ignore.
-
Start by updating to Zotero 7, and also restart your computer.
-
Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If it still happens, provide a Debug ID for a sync that triggers this.
Upgrade Storage
