@r_yang: Same as any other item — press Delete on your keyboard or right-click → Move Item to Trash.

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

We always need an example URL for problems with saving.

I'm not sure what you men here. What data stored in OneDrive? What's the exact "authorization" message you're seeing? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need to help.

It's just a file. If you save it in a different format or open it with another tool (e.g., if clicking it in your email opens it in Word online), that could cause the citations to be lost, but if you just send a .docx file and open it in Word, that'…

I'm not seeing this. Can you provide a screenshot and a Report ID? Does this happen in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?
-
That's a sync error. You can click on it for details. [JavaScript Error: "Request timed out"] In this case, the error might be that your sync requests are timing out. If so, that would likely be a problem with your internet connection, but if you pr…

Works for me. Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?
-
Do you mean groups? https://www.zotero.org/support/groups

@ash10r: As above, we'd need examples to say more.
-
Can you explain exactly what's happening, in your own words?
-
What's not syncing, exactly? In general, see Changes Not Syncing.
-
I'm not sure what you're referring to. Can you provide a screenshot? Make sure you can reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins.

Well, it should've auto-updated before too. But if you changed a hidden setting to disable auto-updates before, or if something on your computer or network is blocking automatic updates, you might not be receiving them.

We only realised that annotations don't sync on snapshots recently What do you mean by this? Annotations on snapshots sync like any other annotations. Snapshot/EPUB annotation just isn't yet available in the mobile apps, but it will be soon.
-
If your online library is up to date, you should just delete zotero.sqlite and let it sync to pull down your data.
-
Yes, it currently caches a maximum of five tabs in memory. We're planning some improvements to keep more active tabs in memory if possible while unloading tabs automatically after inactivity or if the system is low on available memory.

Delete the empty, new account, switch back to syncing with the original account, and then update your email address and other details in the settings of the old account.

It's not clear what you're trying to do with the Purge Storage option, but it's almost certainly not what you're looking for. Can you 1) explain exactly what your goal is and 2) provide a Debug ID for a sync that produces the quota error? You curre…

It looks like you switched from 2GB to unlimited storage today, and you're still only using 2 GB. So you haven't synced the computer where the files exist now that you have more space. Upgrading your storage doesn't somehow make files available on o…

The message is correct, as is the page it links to. Why do you think it isn't? If you're getting that message, the file doesn't exist on this computer, which means it either never existed on this computer or something deleted it outside of Zotero. …

Yes, because you're at your file sync quota, so no additional files are being uploaded in any groups you own, and possibly haven't been for some time. Zotero would be showing you a warning icon about that on every sync. That doesn't mean there's som…

Again, what you want is not possible — it's not how groups work. If you don't want the files, you need to delete the attachment items, and then they'll be deleted everywhere.
-
Yes, it just syncs the bounding box coordinates. It doesn't make sense to have it sync an actual image for every single image annotation. Linked files aren't a configuration we particularly recommend anyway, and the vast majority of people who use t…
-
You should check the NVIDIA control panel to see if you can set app-specific settings. If there's a profile for Firefox, set Zotero to use the same settings.
-
It is possible to have groups without syncing and personally I use some of them in that way to have the references shared but not necessarily the actual files I'm not sure what you're referring to here. You can disable file syncing for all groups o…

We’ll be adding an option for this in the near future.
-
That’s not a good fix, though — that will slow Zotero down. What computer/graphics card/Windows version? And can you provide a Report ID?
-
Er, sorry, I was thinking of images in notes, not image annotations. Yes, you need the file to be accessible on both computers for those to show up. It's possible to do that with linked files as long as you set it up correctly, but that's not someth…
