Sorry, unfortunately we've had to roll back these changes in Zotero Connector 5.0.150 due to a bug with saving from some sites. We'll have another version out soon that includes this fix.
-
This should be fixed in the latest Zotero beta.

This is fixed in the latest Zotero beta, and the fix will be included in Zotero 7.0.10. The side navigation bar is now accessible via the keyboard after the item pane — you can Tab to one of the item pane section headers, use Down-Arrow to move dow…

For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
-
That's entirely possible, but they'd need to report that to us on the dev list with precise steps and code to reproduce.
-
It's explained in the thread I linked to. We use WorldCat and various other sources. As I say there, you can just search in Google and get a pretty good idea when something isn't in any major databases.
-
@tjsiegelvcul, @spolk143546: This should be fixed now in Zotero Connector 5.0.149 for Chrome. (We recently had to make some changes for Chrome's updated extension framework, and the changes ended up conflicting with the behavior of a few sites. We'…

That looks like "Add or remove programs" on Windows, but 1) that just shows usage from the program files and doesn't have anything to do with the Zotero data directory and 2) something is extremely wrong if it says the Zotero program files are using…

You can just drag them from one library to the other within the desktop app.
-
No, that's not a Zotero WebDAV folder — that's just part of the Zotero data directory, which should never be in a cloud storage folder. That's not being used for Zotero syncing, and whatever you did to put that there you should stop doing and remove…

Yes, that DOI is registered with CNKI, and as far as we know there's no public API for retrieving metadata. CNKI has also recently moved to block foreign access to some of its materials, so this probably won't be changing anytime soon.
-
Right, that's what I explained above. As I say, it's about the library view (the first tab) vs. the reader (all other tabs).
-
Ink annotations means drawing, like with an Apple Pencil on an iPad.
-
@mikanovd: For now, you can just check the size of the 'storage' folder in your Zotero data directory for a rough estimate (though that will also include files in any group libraries). You can also use some utility for your OS to find large files an…
-
Of course. You can delete attachment items like any other items, and once you empty the trash and sync, those will stop counting against your online storage space.
-
We can't help with other programs, but you're aware that Zotero has its own PDF reader on macOS and iOS, with support for ink annotations? That's obviously what we'd recommend using.
-
I still don't know what you mean by "get the bibliographical info on the book". In any case, there's no data for Zotero to retrieve for this ISBN.
-
I think you're just confused here. There are no "old" and "new" modes. The item pane works differently between the library view and the reader. In the library view, you only see data for the selected item, including a section for any child notes. …

I don't know what EndNote does, but read what I quoted above — even a giant list of words wouldn't be reliable way of knowing what's a proper noun. So while some proper nouns could be kept as capitalized, you'd still have to manually review each ent…

But in my webdev account `Zotero\storage\9FN45QXA\` there do have the needed pdf file What do you mean by that? There wouldn't be a 'storage' folder on your WebDAV server unless you've done something wrong. See Files Not Syncing.

https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/468845/#Comment_468845 interestingly my iPhone's camera QR code scan recognizes the details Not sure what you mean by that. A QR code could take you to a webpage, but that has nothing to do with bibliogra…

(Please don't paste from error reports. We'll excerpt errors if they're relevant.) [JavaScript Error: "WebDAV verification failed"] [JavaScript Error: "Request timed out"] It looks like the connection to your WebDAV server is timing out. That would …

Nothing has changed here. That just means you already have a bibliography in the document. (Note that the button is "Add/Edit Bibliography".) If you don't see it, toggle Word field codes and search for "ZOTERO_BIBL".
-
What exactly is happening now? If you deleted all 300,000 items at once, there could be a delay at startup while Zotero cleans up the database.
-
That's a generic error trying to access the database on the network drive. The best we can suggest is moving the data directory to the local disk if that's an option. Network drives should generally work, but they don't always behave normally.

Same answer as https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/452800/#Comment_452800, but with D6VU7TFN for the item key.
