(Please start new threads for new issues. I've moved this to a new thread.) We'd need the same answers from you as in the other thread. You also provide a Report ID, not the Debug ID that we need.

Abstract is a separate section that appears after Info. It's the second icon shown above in the side navigation bar.

No, sorry. From Security: The Zotero data server is open-source and can be run locally, which some organizations choose to do, but this can be technically challenging, and we don't currently provide support for such installations.
-
But a search of the entire disk found these which I deleted and now a new installation seems to work Was that the complete list? The setup files wouldn't have been relevant. But C:\Programfiler is just the localized display name for C:\Program Files…

But specifically, you can just do this with File → "Export PDFs…" in Zotero 7.
-
This could be done with the JavaScript API via Tools → Developer → Run JavaScript. Something like: 1. Load the file: var contents = Zotero.File.getContents(path); 2. Parse the columns into an array of DOI/note pairs. 3. Iterate over the array an…

Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode? How exactly are you deleting the underline? With the Delete button on the keyboard? Does it happen if you right-click → Delete?
-
If you don't mind checking, can you reproduce this with a single monitor connected, after restarting Zotero (and maybe your Mac)? What macOS version? (I've never seeing this on a dual-monitor setup on macOS.)

@Clonkex: Please read through Etiquette before posting here again. You're posting to a years-old thread. Zotero 7 includes a Bibliography Entry preview option in the item header. Beyond that: Don't barge into a thread and start listing every unrel…

I'm not seeing that. Can you email an example file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this?
-
Yes, check for a parent.lock file in your Zotero profile folder and delete it if it’s there.
-
If you're not going to take the time to say what you're actually doing, we're not going to be able to help you here. We obviously can't see your screen, and we don't know what you mean by "I can't open it". And you're still refusing to actually foll…

I don't know what you mean by "doesn't work", but you're not engaging with what the page actually says after the part I quoted above. You should quote each sentence, confirm that you've done it, and say what happened.
-
I've linked to instructions twice. Read the paragraph that begins with the sentence I quoted.
-
If the Zotero tab never disappears from Word, you're not following the instructions correctly: If changes you make to the Startup folder aren't taking effect, you can confirm that Word isn't set to a different location. […] The plugin needs to disap…
-
This isn't about "indexing", which refers to making documents searchable. This just sounds like you're adding PDFs that are just images and don't have a text layer. In that case, there'd be nothing to highlight or underline, and Zotero wouldn't be a…

This should be fixed in the latest beta — thanks.
-
Can you provide a Report ID? What's the full version of Word you're running? You can also try deleting Zotero.dotm from the Word Startup folder, restarting Word to confirm that Zotero is gone completely, and then reinstalling the plugin.
-
Can you provide an example URL for reproducing this?
-
View → Layout → Standard View or make your window wider if that option is disabled

Have you restarted your computer?
-
Yes, Cisco Secure has been breaking Zotero 7 for months, and despite many reports, they've failed to fix this. It's totally irresponsible. If you're able to put us in touch with your contact there, please have them contact us at support@zotero.org …

Don't edit citations directly in the document. Narrative citations are a feature of the plugin, not the citation style. Customize the citation and use Omit Author. See "Narrative Citations with Omit Author” there.
-
Those errors aren't relevant, but for problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer. You can start Zotero from the command line with -safe-mode to disable all plugins and then disable BBT from Tools → Plugins.
-
Are you running any third-party security software?
-
This should be fixed now in Zotero Connector 5.0.150. Thanks for reporting.
-
This was a bug introduced yesterday in Zotero Connector 5.0.149. We've just pushed 5.0.150 with a fix — if you update to that and reload, this should be fixed. Thanks for letting us know.
