What's the actual problem that you're experiencing? Are you receiving an error message? You're above your Zotero Storage quota, so if you're using Zotero Storage, that's all the issue is. In general, see Files Not Syncing.
-
You'd have to test. I think all browsers block third-party cookies by default these days, and I don't recall anyone mentioning this as a problem in years. I recently removed this from Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero for that reason.
-
@Indy_CH: They can block access to api.zotero.org at the network level, but that's it.
-
What exactly isn't syncing?
-
Unlink your account from the Sync pane of the Zotero settings, and tell it to delete local data. You'd obviously want to confirm first that all your data and files are on the new computer.
-
@yhtt (or anyone else still seeing this in 1.0.32): Can you tap and hold on the item, select Remove Download, and then generate a Debug ID for trying to open it?
-
Yes, this is available in Zotero 6. Right-click on the PDF background and choose one of the split options. (Future versions will provide other ways of doing this, though.)
-
Have you restarted your computer?
-
@danielborek, @poettli: This is new in the latest betas (i.e., starting a week ago), not since the redesign?
-
We haven't gotten any other reports of this, no. If you go to Window → Task Manager in Chrome, what does it say for Zotero Connector? What happens after restarting your browser? Disabling all other browser extensions?
-
That would be some problem with your network connection. Try downloading again, clear your browser cache, or try in a different browser.
-
Please don't create multiple posts on the same issue. But we can continue in your new thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/113672/zotero-7-beta-74-incorrect-add-edit-bibliography-window-size-in-word
-
@whitecatinbox: This should be fixed for new downloads, but it's possible something you tried to open previously would still be broken. Try tapping and holding on the item, selecting Remove Download, and then trying to open again.
-
Can you provide a screenshot?
-
That's almost certainly always been the case, but we'll fix — thanks.
-
That's not something Zotero creates. You'll need to report that to the developer of whatever plugin created it.
-
Do you have examples of sites where this is still necessary?
-
This is fixed now in the release version.
-
Sorry, we support Word 2010 and later.
-
@jiiuuliv: Beta 74 dynamically adjusts the window's minimum width to account for the visible panes, so if you want to make the pane much narrower, you can close the item pane.

@sumikak, @baswein, @rolandsmith: Beta 74 dynamically adjusts the window's minimum width to account for the visible panes, so if you want to make the pane much narrower, you can close the item pane.

The duplicate windows should be fixed now in beta 74, though zotero:// links aren't working properly for me in general, so there may be another problem we need to fix.
-
This should be fixed now in beta 74 — thanks.
-
OK, please try beta 74.
-
@brbrug, @Gregregweix: Please try beta 74.
-
@poettli, @ywang100: OK, please try beta 74.

Should be fixed now in beta 74

Fixed in beta 74

You can re-enable your plugins one by one and restart Zotero after each one until you find the one that's causing the problem.

Please don't paste the contents of reports here. All we need is the Report ID, which you already provided. But I responded above, and at this point there's nothing else we can say. You'll need to respond to what I said.
