Looks like this is a bug in the Android app with certain locales — sorry about that. We'll fix.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the first time"? You can quit Zotero completely and start it up for a fresh start. You don't need to restart your computer.

@er.jensen: We don't expect this to be an ongoing issue: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/510775/#Comment_510775 There's no reason the Better BibTeX developer shouldn't be able to have compatibility updates (most of which won't be more…

@Danimo93: This appears to be a legitimate account. Can you explain why you copied and pasted a thread from 6 years ago?

This is the point of the set_launcher_icon script in the tarball, as explained in the linked instructions.

If you have your Zotero data directory on a network share, you'll need to move it back to the local disk. Go to your Zotero profile folder, open prefs.js in a text editor, and delete the dataDir and useDataDir lines. Then move the Zotero folder ba…

We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If this is specifically about Google Scholar, it's just rate limiting by Google.

You used a plugin or AI tool that created invalid item keys in your library that can't be synced. You'll need to fix this or contact the developer of the tool you used to get them to fix it for you.

I linked to instructions.

You haven't synced this account since 2023.

Because you're syncing with a different account from the one you're posting from. Check your sync settings to see the account you're syncing with.

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

We obviously won't share the document or keep a copy after fixing the issue here. We just can't fix something without an example document.

One problem I'm noticing is that when you click the headphone icon it automatically starts reading, without allowing you to set options first. When the default is the premium server then the menu is blocked until the article downloads because of thi…

You're syncing with a different account. Check your sync settings for the account you're using, and then email storage@zotero.org and we can transfer your storage subscription.

I just updated and the banner at the top says "You've been upgraded to Zotero {$version}!" @dsquared: As far as we know that's caused by some interaction with a plugin (e.g., a plugin having incomplete localizations), but enough people see it that …
