Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading that URL? (Note that it's almost always better to save from the article page — https://arxiv.org/abs/2406.04692 in this case — but in this case the PDF URL should work.)

Sorry, but I can't keep repeating myself. The iOS app works like every other app. All data and files are stored internally to the app and would be backed up by the system when you back up your device. For a proper backup, use the desktop app.
